Project Department
Our team of Project Managers and Project Assistants manage the entirety of our fitouts from quote stage to final handover.
This involves quoting the project, securing the required Development and Building Approvals, meeting WHS and site induction requirements, sourcing materials and engaging contractors and tradespeople to complete the fitout works.

Setout Team
Using Microvellum and CAD software, our setout team turns our client’s conceptual design brief into working plans from which joinery is built. This involves, quoting, sourcing materials and devising the best solutions for an efficient manufacture and installation process.
Manufacture Team
Our Joinery Manufacture Team then turn those working plans into reality. Joinery is produced in-house at RSF, including paint finishes. Items produced may include shopfront joinery, cabinetry and POS workspaces, wall bays, fitting room components, shelving and any custom item our clients desire. Once complete, our joinery is transferred to our adjacent warehouse where our transport drivers then load and deliver to our fitout sites.
Admin Team
Our dedicated Admin team forms the vital backbone of RSF, working diligently behind the scenes. They expertly manage essential functions such as Accounts, Finance, and Payroll, alongside comprehensive WHS compliance. Their proactive approach ensures all operational tasks are seamlessly handled, keeping the business running efficiently and allowing our project teams to focus on client delivery.
